Case study · Websites
Licha’s.
Two live websites for a family-run Mexican restaurant on Colorado’s eastern plains: Licha’s Kitchen in Calhan and Licha’s Mexican Diner 2 in Limon.

The brief
Do the basics flawlessly, and feel like family.
A small family restaurant needs its website to get the essentials exactly right: the real menu with real prices, the correct hours for each location, directions, and a way to reach the owner, usually from a phone on the road.
The brand is literally a mother’s name on the building, so the design leans into the family story with a warm, dark palette and real photos of their food, instead of a generic restaurant template.
What we built
Two locations, each with its own details.
- A site for each location: Home, Menu, Our Story and Contact, plus privacy and terms pages
- The full menu across nine categories, with a sticky category bar for quick browsing on a phone
- Each location’s own address, map, hours and click-to-call, because the two restaurants keep different schedules
- An online ordering link for the Limon location
- Contact forms with a job-inquiry option, captured through Netlify Forms
- Privacy and terms pages that support the restaurant’s business text messaging registration
- Hosting and ongoing updates, so menus, prices and hours stay current
