What we connect
Systems that pass information along on their own.
Most automation projects connect what you already pay for. We only suggest replacing a tool when it’s genuinely in the way.
- 01CRM implementation
Pipelines, stages, custom fields, tags and automations set up around how you actually sell and serve customers, including GoHighLevel.
- 02Workflow automation
Follow-ups, reminders, assignments and hand-offs that happen on schedule without anyone remembering to do them.
- 03API integrations
Connecting your software through APIs and webhooks, including tools that were never designed to talk to each other.
- 04Lead routing
Every inquiry labelled with where it came from and sent to the right person or pipeline the moment it arrives.
- 05Automated customer communications
Email and text confirmations, reminders and follow-ups, with consent, opt-outs and carrier registration handled properly.
- 06Business data synchronization
Keeping records consistent across tools, so no one updates the same customer in three places.
- 07Operational dashboards
The numbers you check every week, gathered automatically and shown in one place.
- 08AI-assisted workflows
Where it genuinely helps, such as drafting, summarizing or sorting, with a person reviewing what matters.
In production
Two dozen websites. One webhook. Every lead labelled.
For a real estate business working across Florida and Colorado, every form on every site posts to one CRM webhook and labels itself. One workflow creates the contact, notifies the team, adds the lead to the pipeline and replies to them.
Adding a new site requires no CRM changes at all.
Each square is a site. Every form on every site feeds the same workflow.
Before we promise an integration, we check it.
What can be connected depends on your software: its API, your plan level, permissions and the quality of the data inside it. Some tools keep features behind higher plans or don’t expose the data you need. We review all of that before quoting, and if something can’t be connected reliably, you’ll hear it from us up front.
Questions
Automation, answered.
Which CRMs and tools do you work with?
We’ve built with GoHighLevel, Make, Stripe, Twilio, Supabase and webhook-based integrations between them. For anything else, we review its API and documentation during discovery before committing to anything.
Do I need to replace my current software?
Usually not. Most projects connect what you already use. We’ll only recommend a replacement when a tool is genuinely blocking you, and we’ll explain why.
What if a tool doesn’t have an API?
Sometimes there’s still a route: exports, inbound email, or a connector service. Sometimes there isn’t, and we’ll tell you plainly rather than build something fragile.
What happens if an automation breaks?
We build with failure in mind: alerts when something goes wrong, records you can check, and safeguards so a lead or message isn’t silently lost. And we’re around to fix it.
Can we text our customers automatically?
Yes, with the right consent and registration. Business texting in the US requires carrier registration and clear opt-in and opt-out handling. We set that up properly as part of the build.

Have something in mind?
Let’s build it.
Whether you’re launching a new idea or improving how an existing business runs, tell us what you’re trying to create. You’ll get an honest answer on what it takes — even when the answer is a tool you can already buy.
